Trybe’s Default Fee Model

Trybe’s fee structure encourages barbers to take 100% of what they charge. By default, clients who prepay (Apple/Google Pay, Credit Card) are charged an additional fee on top of the booking price. This consists of a payment processing fee (1.7% + 30c) and a Trybe fee (3%). Note these fees do not apply to clients who don’t choose to prepay.

Toggling Fees

Trybe also enables barbers to toggle the respective fees to either take the hit on one fee or both! You will be able to find these toggles in your payment preferences section in the profile tab!
