Where is my first Stripe payment?

Your first payment from Stripe will typically be received within 1 to 10 business days from the time the booking was created. This initial delay is a standard part of Stripe’s onboarding process, as they require time to verify and calibrate your bank account. After this first payment is successfully processed, all future payouts will follow the payout schedule you selected during the Stripe setup process.

How can i access my Stripe account?

You can access your Stripe account by visiting www.stripe.com and logging in with the email and password you used during sign-up. If you’re unsure which email you used, check your inbox for any messages from Stripe, or use the password reset option on the login page.

Alternatively, you can download the Stripe Dashboard app (available on iOS and Android) to manage your payouts, view payment history, update your bank details, and receive real-time notifications—all from your phone.

What does Stripe enable me to do on Trybe?

Connecting your Stripe account to Trybe allows you to securely accept payments from clients, including both prepaid bookings and Tap to Pay transactions. Stripe handles all payment processing, ensuring funds are transferred directly to your bank account.
